Cruxi connects businesses with regulatory consultants, representatives, testing laboratories and other compliance providers. Opportunities can cover one service or several separately awardable scopes.
A private workspace without passwords
Outreach emails include a secure link to your matched opportunities, history and invoices. Read anonymized requirements and mark an opportunity interested, not interested or not available. Interest alone does not reserve a client introduction.
Accept terms before an introduction
An authorized person accepts the applicable reporting obligation and project fee schedule before contact disclosure or a call request. Your accepted terms and fee snapshot are retained. Send an editable introduction through Cruxi with replies directed to your verified email, or propose timezone-aware call times when the client permits calls. Clients control how many providers can be introduced.
Fees on confirmed awards
For new introductions, the success fee is 5% of the agreed service value. For annual representative or agent services, it is 5% of the first year’s service value. Combined work is charged once, with a $5,000 cap per provider per parent project. Reading and responding to a request is free. A fee is due only after the client confirms a signed engagement. Previously accepted fee schedules continue to govern their existing engagements.
Report an engagement within seven days of signing, with awarded scopes and service value. Client confirmation closes the relevant scopes and creates an invoice, due in 14 days. While a report is pending, work stays open to other providers. Cancellation credits require buyer confirmation.
Existing covered subscribers
Providers with an eligible continuing subscription retain their covered service priority and have no award fee for covered work while that subscription remains active. The invitation and workspace show the applicable coverage. Profile and subscription management remain in the existing provider dashboard.
