Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the Cruxi regulatory platform, including self-service workspace features, AI-assisted workflows, and linked legal/trust surfaces.

Last updated: April 20, 2026 Platform software terms

1. Service scope

Cruxi provides software and workflow tooling for regulatory operations. Features may include project management, classification, assessment, evidence workflows, drafting, exports, and privacy controls.

Cruxi does not provide legal, medical, or regulatory advice. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding how they are used.

2. Accounts and responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate account details and protect their login credentials.
  • Users are responsible for the content they upload, the instructions they submit, and the downstream use of generated outputs.
  • Users must use the service lawfully and may not misuse, probe, interfere with, or overload the platform.

3. Customer content

Users retain rights in the content they upload or create in the platform. Cruxi processes that content as needed to provide the service, operate infrastructure, support the account, and fulfill contractual or legal obligations.

Privacy and data-handling details are described in the Privacy Policy and Trust Center.

4. Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans, credit usage, renewals, and related commercial terms may be governed by the applicable checkout flow, order form, invoice, or plan description. Additional linked policies may apply where presented.

5. Marketplace and partner listings

Where Cruxi offers directories, provider listings, or marketplace-style introductions, those third parties operate independently. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement, Cruxi is not the service provider for the listed partner’s work.

6. Suspension and termination

Cruxi may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security concerns, non-payment, or other material violations. Users may stop using the service at any time and can use in-app controls to delete projects or their account.

7. Warranty disclaimer and limitation

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cruxi disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement and limits liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Questions: support@cruxi.ai or privacy@cruxi.ai.
