EU scope

Cruxi is a U.S.-based platform that helps companies discover and compare compliance service providers and route quote requests (RFQs) to providers selected by the user.

Cruxi is not established in the European Union and does not direct services to individuals in the EU/UK. We do not operate EU/UK-targeted marketing campaigns, and we do not intentionally offer services to data subjects in the Union or monitor behavior of data subjects in the Union for the purposes of GDPR Article 3(2).

Important Clarification

While Cruxi's directories include EU-related services (such as EU Authorized Representative, EU/UK Cosmetics Responsible Person, GDPR Article 27 Representative, and other EU/UK compliance services), the individuals we target for these services are not located in the EU/UK. Our platform serves non-EU/UK businesses that need to comply with EU/UK regulations, not EU/UK-based individuals.

The RFQ (Request for Quote) form is the only form users need to complete, and it requires no personal names or personal information—only business email addresses, company information, and service requirements. This further demonstrates that we are not directing services to data subjects in the Union.

We periodically review our operations to assess whether EU legal requirements apply. If and when our operations change such that we begin directing services to individuals in the EU/UK, we will implement the relevant measures, including appointing EU representatives where required under GDPR Article 27.

Target Market and Jurisdictional Focus

Cruxi is physically and legally headquartered in the United States and specifically targets clients and industries operating outside of the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom (UK). Our platform and services are designed for U.S. FDA regulatory processes and other non-EU/UK compliance services, and are not intended for, or marketed to, individuals or businesses within the EU/UK.

Data Minimization and Privacy by Design

To ensure the highest level of privacy, Cruxi operates on a "Data Minimization" principle:

No Personal Information Required

Our service forms do not require or solicit personally identifiable information (PII) from users to function. The RFQ (Request for Quote) form requires only business email addresses, company information, and service requirements—no personal names or personal information.

Provider Privacy

For all listings and provider information displayed on our platform, we do not publish personal names, private contact details, or sensitive personal data. We only publish company-level information such as business name, website, general service categories, and headquarters location.

Regional Compliance

Although we do not target the EU/UK market, we respect the digital rights of all visitors. Cruxi has implemented active cookie consent and management functionalities specifically for users accessing our site from EU and UK IP addresses to remain compliant with local ePrivacy regulations.

Provider listings

Cruxi includes provider listings that may be created from publicly available business information. Listings may be marked as Unverified until the provider claims and updates their profile.

Providers can request corrections, hiding, or removal without creating an account using our request form: Request removal or update info.

Cruxi does not claim affiliation with listed providers. Providers are independent businesses, and quotes or services are offered directly by providers under their own terms.
