How Cruxi sources provider listings and handles removals
How Cruxi Sources Provider Listings
Cruxi is a directory and marketplace that helps businesses discover and compare compliance service providers. We maintain provider listings through several methods:
1. Public Business Information
Some provider listings may be created from publicly available, company-level business information. This includes:
- Business name and legal entity information
- Company website URL
- General service categories offered
- Headquarters country/location
- Public contact information (when available)
We only use information that is publicly available and company-level. We do not publish personal data about individuals.
2. Provider Self-Registration
Providers can register themselves directly through our application form. When a provider self-registers, they provide and verify their own information, and their listing is marked as Claimed.
3. Provider Notifications
When we create a listing from public information, we notify the provider via email so they can claim and update their profile if they choose.
What "Unverified" Means
Provider listings created from publicly available information are marked with an Unverified label until the provider claims and updates their profile.
Unverified Status
What it means: The listing was created from publicly available business information and has not yet been claimed or verified by the provider.
What it doesn't mean: It does not indicate anything about the provider's quality, legitimacy, or service offerings. It simply means the provider hasn't claimed their profile yet.
How it changes: Once a provider claims their profile and verifies their information, the listing status changes to Claimed or Verified.
Every provider listing, whether Unverified or Claimed, includes:
- Clear status labeling (Unverified, Claimed, or Verified)
- A "Request correction / removal" option that does not require login
- Transparency about the source of the information
How Removals Work
Providers have full control over their listings and can request removal or correction at any time, without creating an account or logging in.
Removal Process
- Request submission: Providers can submit a removal request through the "Request correction / removal" link on their profile page or via our removal request form.
- Instant action: When a provider requests removal, we immediately hide the listing from the public directory. The provider is no longer visible in search results or directory listings.
- No login required: Removal requests can be submitted without creating an account or providing extensive verification.
- Permanent unless requested: Once removed, a listing will not be reinstated unless the provider explicitly requests it and approves the content.
Removal requests are honored instantly. We do not require providers to prove ownership or go through lengthy verification processes. If a provider requests removal, we remove it immediately.
Correction Requests
Providers can also request corrections to their listing information. When a correction is requested:
- The listing is temporarily hidden while we review and update the information
- We update the listing based on the provider's requested changes
- The listing is restored once corrections are made

What We Never Claim
Cruxi is a neutral directory and marketplace. We are transparent about what we do and do not claim about provider relationships.
No Affiliation Claims
Cruxi does not claim affiliation with listed providers unless explicitly stated on the provider's page. Providers are independent businesses that deliver services under their own terms and conditions.
No Endorsements
Cruxi does not endorse any provider. Our directory is a neutral platform for discovery and comparison. Inclusion in our directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of service quality.
No Service Guarantees
Cruxi does not guarantee provider services. We facilitate connections between businesses and providers, but all service agreements, terms, and quality standards are between the provider and the customer.
Our role: Cruxi is a platform that helps businesses discover and compare compliance service providers. We route quote requests (RFQs) to providers selected by the user. Providers are independent businesses that offer services directly under their own terms.
Provider Controls and Transparency
Every provider listing includes clear controls and transparency features:
- Status labels: Clear indication of whether a listing is Unverified, Claimed, or Verified
- Removal option: Easy access to request removal or correction without login requirements
- Information source: Transparency about whether information comes from public sources or provider-provided data
- Update capability: Providers can claim their profile and update information at any time
If you are a provider and have questions about your listing, or if you notice inaccurate information, you can:
- Request removal or correction (no login required)
- Contact us at privacy@cruxi.ai
- Use the "Request correction / removal" link on your provider profile page

- Transparency: Clear labeling of listing status and information sources
