Credit Usage Policy

1. Credit Expiration

Credits included with Professional Membership expire at the end of each monthly billing period. Unused membership credits cannot be carried over to the next membership month. Purchased credit packages (Starter, Professional, Enterprise, and custom purchases) do not expire and can be used at any time. Members receive 20 credits at the start of each monthly billing cycle.

2. Credit Consumption

Credits are consumed immediately upon service completion. For microservices, 2 credits are deducted when the service is completed successfully. Credits are not refunded if services are cancelled after initiation, except in cases of technical failure on Cruxi's part, where credits may be restored at Cruxi's discretion.

3. Credit Balance

Users can view their current credit balance at any time through their account dashboard. Credit balances are updated in real-time as services are consumed. Professional members receive 20 credits monthly, which are added to their account at the start of each monthly billing cycle. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over.

4. Credit Transfer and Assignment

Credits are non-transferable between user accounts and cannot be sold, exchanged for cash, or transferred to third parties. Credits are tied to the purchasing account and may only be used by the account owner or authorized users associated with that account.

5. Partial Service Completion

In the event that a service cannot be completed due to insufficient data, technical issues, or other factors, credits may be partially consumed or fully refunded depending on the stage of completion and the specific circumstances. Cruxi reserves the right to make such determinations on a case-by-case basis.

6. Credit Restoration

Credits will be restored in cases where services fail due to technical issues on Cruxi's part. Restoration requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service failure. Restored credits maintain their original expiration status (for membership credits) or no-expiration status (for purchased packages).

7. Custom Credit Purchases

Custom credit purchases are calculated at $50 per credit with no discounts. These credits are added immediately upon successful payment and do not expire. Custom credits can be used for any eligible microservice at the standard rate of 2 credits per service.

8. Credit Package Benefits

Purchased credit packages may offer per-credit savings compared to individual credit purchases. Package credits maintain the same usage rules and expiration policies as custom credit purchases.

9. Membership Credit Allocation

Professional Membership includes 20 credits that are allocated at the start of each monthly billing cycle. These credits are separate from any purchased credit packages and expire at the end of each monthly billing period if unused. Purchased credit packages never expire and can be used indefinitely.

10. Refunds and Credits

Please refer to the Refund Policy for information regarding credit refunds. Generally, purchased credits are non-refundable, but exceptions may be made in specific circumstances as outlined in the Refund Policy.
