EU/UK GDPR Article 27 Representative

For Cruxi’s current EU scope assessment and compliance contact points, please see our Compliance & Contacts page.

Current Status: Cruxi does not currently direct services to individuals in the EU/UK. As such, GDPR Article 27 does not apply at this time.

If/when we begin offering services to individuals in the EU/UK: We will appoint an EU/UK representative as required under GDPR Article 27. Details will be published on this page and our Compliance & Contacts page.

What Article 27 covers: If a non‑EU/UK company offers goods or services to, or monitors the behavior of, individuals in the EU/UK, it must appoint a representative in the EU/UK. The representative serves as a contact point for regulators and data subjects and helps ensure transparency and timely response to privacy requests.

Choosing a representative: Organizations often select a representative with experience in their industry, the relevant jurisdictions, and incident response workflows. If your organization needs a GDPR Article 27 representative, you can compare vetted providers via the Cruxi directories hub.
